Descriptions of our Volunteer Impact training sessions:

Planning and Configuration
This two-part training session is designed for the primary administrator to learn how to set-up their account. Its focus is on the configurable options to meet the organization’s recruitment, scheduling, data collection, reporting, communication and engagement needs, as well as how to add and limit others as administrators in your account.

Role Creation
This training is designed for administrators responsible for the creation of volunteer opportunities and schedules. Its focus is on how to build an activity, apply a schedule, determine eligibility, and how to define additional information to be collected from your volunteers as they log their hours.

The Application Process
This training session is designed to help administrators understand the application process found within their Better Impact software and covers how people are able to join an organization, how administrators respond when applications come in, and how organizations can administratively add individuals.

Communicating
This training session is designed to help administrators understand the different options and methods of communicating to their constituents within the Better Impact software.

Scheduling
This training session is designed to help administrators understand the scheduling process found within their Better Impact software and covers how people are able to sign-up for an activity, how those with sign-up requests are added to the schedule, and how assignments are confirmed.

Reporting on Your Volunteer Engagement
This training session is designed to help administrators understand how to run standard reports within Volunteer Impact and how to generate data to create their own customized reports.
